Elite Gutter Guards is a family-owned business that supplies and installs gutter guards to residential and commercial properties on tiled and metal roofs. We pride ourselves on good old-fashioned customer service. We like to meet you at the site so we can find out what needs to be done, what you’re protecting your gutters from and which product best suits your needs.
We work with homeowners, builders, roofers, strata & body corporate, retirement villages, schools, commercial properties, and government departments.
The person who comes out to quote is me, the business owner, from responding to your initial enquiry we are polite, will turn up on time, tidy up after ourselves and most importantly, do an excellent job.

Hi, My Name is Sovit and my wife’s name is Rashika (our friends and family call us So and Rash). We are your local Gutter Guard Specialist. We supply and install gutter guards to residential and commercial properties on tile and tin roofs in all the Colourbond colours, giving your home the protection it deserves.
I hold a qualification in construction, White card and ‘working at heights’ certificate. While working in various residential and commercial projects in Perth for a number of years, I struggled to find a good quality gutter guard and installer in Perth, which is why I started Elite Gutter Guards. So, our focus will be on offering the best gutter guard protection on the market, not the cheapest. A quality gutter guard, installed correctly, which looks great and is easy to maintain.

We supply and install gutter guards to residential and commercial properties on tile and tin roofs in all the colorbond colours, giving your home the protection it deserves from Water, Fire & Vermin.
Product
All our gutter guards are non-combustible premium product which are available in 2mm and 4mm apertures, powder coated in any of the colorbond colours. We supply and install gutter guards to any roof type including tile, corrugated, trimdek & kliplok using matching– trims, saddles, and screws.
Quality
Our Ember Guard has achieved CSIRO flammability index ‘0’. It also adheres to all required standards to be used as a gutter guard in all Bushfire Attack Levels. BAL-12.5, BAL-19, BAL-29, BAL-40, BAL-FZ. According to AS 3959-2018. Our Premium 2mm Woven Ember Guard adheres to Australian Standard AS 3959-2018 to be used as an Ember Guard, as well.
